Aiden has beautiful, brown bedroom eyes with long, dark lashes. He's also got a hot, muscular body and big nuts! He's also very laid back.
"It's just how I've always been," he said. "My dad and my brother are completely opposite. They're all high strung... really intense people."
He said that his family is comprised of a lot of different types of people, with a lot of different personalities.
"I'm Cape Verdean," he explained. "Cape Verdean is pretty much like Portuguese/black, but not as dark."
"My mom is Italian and English," he continued. "My brother is pretty pale. We don't look anything alike!"
Aiden is 21 and lives with his girlfriend.
"How long have you been dating your girlfriend?"
"Actually, not that long," he said. "Probably about a year."
They've just started discussing marriage, but he wants to wait until he settles down into a steady job.
"I'm actually going to be a firefighter. I have an interview in a week or two!"
Thompson plans to sell a line of jewelry and scented candles. The wax from the candles can be used as a massage moisturizer. The new adventure is very personal.
"My designs, my candles, my jewelry, all of it is 100 percent me," said Thompson, from the comfort of Jaffi's, the boutique in Neptune Beach where her modeling career began.
The candles come in a variety of scents. The names read like her monthly travel itinerary: Hong Kong Blossoms; London Hot Tea and Ginger; Los Angeles Lilly; Milan Melon; Paris and Berries; and Central Park.
"Everything is literally touched by my hands," said Thompson. "It's all me. They're my babies. I love them."
So, what about the name, Supermodel?
"I've tried to make my collection real. It's stuff that I love and I would wear and I'm a supermodel so I was thinking, 'Hey! Supermodel.' It's easy."
"It's very exciting to see a young woman follow her dreams, not just in modeling community but also as an entrepreneur," said Emilie Christenson. The owner of the store on First Street in Neptune Beach says she remembers the moment when Thompson's modeling career took off in her store.
"I had known her as a customer at Jaffi's," smiled Christenson. "She came in and she said, 'I want to do a photo shoot for you and I will rock it.' I just laughed and thought she's so adorable. Of course we'll use you for a photo shoot. And, she rocked it. It's probably the best photo shoot we've ever done."
The rest is history. Thompson went on to win America's Next Top Model hosted by Tyra Banks. Since then, she's on major magazine covers and traveling the world. In fact, she stopped in Jacksonville for just a few days before flying to some other far-away place.
Thompson will be back in town briefly over the next two weeks.
She's giving a modeling seminar on November 20.

Personally, I think a twitter response was not a smart move. It only draws more attention to the video. As for the response itself, for her to imply that it must've been some doppelgänger is pretty asinine. You could still snort all the coke and Adderall you want, I promise! Hi Natalie. Firstly, I'd like to clarify: are you considered to be Cascada, or are you the image and vocalist of what is, in fact, a group?
Natalie Horler: We actually are a group. I work with two producers [Yanou and Manian] and the three of us make up Cascada. They just don't come on tour, that's all; I do the whole live bit and they do all the producing. They've always chosen to stay low-profile where I've always been the face of everything, that's why sometimes there's a misconception.
What about the song-writing, is that a collective process?
NH: Yes. Although Yanou and Manian do most of that... Yanou is the brains behind it.

A Minute With: Michael Fassbender and his "Fish Tank"
The actor got his big break when Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks cast him in their "Band of Brothers" World War Two mini-series. He also appeared in the hit movie "300." In August, Fassbender drew acclaim for his portrayal of undercover British military man Archie Hicox in Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds."
He is also winning praise low-budget "Fish Tank," a coming-of-age tale in which he plays a handsome young man who strikes up a volatile relationship with frustrated teenager played by newcomer Katie Jarvis. The movie won the Jury Prize at the Cannes film festival, and has been for eight British Independent Film Awards. It will not be shown in the United States until January.

The event, Hollywood Least Wanted 3D, is meant to raise funds and awareness of the rise of the abandoned animal in Los Angeles County due to the current mortgage crises. The event features 3D photographs of caged animals, taken by artist Rachel Schneidler (who is also putting on the event) with her customized 3D camera pictured above. Anaglyph technologies are used to create the photographs.
Furthermore, Zachary Quinto (Young Spock in Star Trek) is the honorary guest along with his dog Noah. Other celebrities are expected to attend as well with their dogs.
Staged at the Rivera & Rivera gallery in downtown Los Angeles, the event is catered to raise funds via raffle tickets as well as to serve as an animal adoption fair. One hundred percent of raffle ticket sales and fifty percent of the proceeds from the sale of artwork will go towards the Department of Animal Services.

LONDON — There’s a new designer duo in the jewelry world: none other than Brangelina.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are breaking into high-end jewelry design with Asprey via a capsule collection of gold jewelry and silver accessories called The Protector — and inspired by the snake.
The limited edition collection, which was conceived and designed by Pitt and Jolie, has been in the works for more than a year, and will go on sale at Asprey stores in London, New York, Beverly Hills, Tokyo and Dubai later this week, according to Asprey officials.
Prices start at $525 for a silver baby spoon with a curving, serpent-shaped handle, and all net proceeds from sales will go to Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, which was cofounded by Jolie in 2006. The charity raises awareness and funds to educate child victims of war, conflict and natural disasters.

The timely addition of a new category, 'Theatregoers Choice' to the acclaimed Whatsonstage.com Theatre Awards is welcomed the end of the noughties, giving theatre buffs the opportunity to consider the longer running theatre heavyweights and crowd-pleasers as well as new, memorable productions from the last year.
The nominations party will be a star-studded event attended by a host of Broadway and West End legends including James earl Jones and Jeremy Irons, Sanaa Lathan (Brown Sugar, The Family That Preys) and Phylicia Rashad , who played the legendary Clair Huxtable in The Cosby Show and received a Tony award for her role in A Raisin in the Sun.
After the nomination party on December 4th, the voting commences. Voters will be able to text their choice or vote online. The award ceremony itself will be held on Sunday 14 February 2010 at the West End’s Prince of Wales Theatre in front of a live audience.

A strand of hair from Elvis Presley, saved by his personal barber, has raised £1,055 at auction.
Homer Gill Gilleland toured with Elvis for more than 20 years. He dyed the singer's hair black and then cut it, saving strands in a towel.
Friends of Mr Gilleland said he would then bundle up the towel, with hair inside, and take it home in a bag.
The piece of hair had been expected to fetch up to £250 at Saturday's auction in Devizes, Wiltshire.
After Elvis's death in 1977, Mr Gilleland is said to have started selling strands of the hair in a souvenir shop on the street opposite the singer's home Graceland in Memphis in the US.
The strand which was auctioned was given to Thomas B Morgan Jnr in 2002 by the barber. Mr Morgan worked in the Sheriff's Office of Shelby County and knew Elvis.
The hair, which comes with a certificate of authenticity, is mounted in a frame alongside a photograph of Elvis.
It was auctioned at Henry Aldridge and Son in Devizes.
In November 2002, a strand of Elvis's hair sold for 115,000 US dollars (about £70,000) in an internet auction.

Lindsay Lohan's father has been accused of hunting out strippers who look like his famous daughter.
Despite Michael Lohan's denials, Elliot Osher, a former owner of New York's most famous strip club Scores, insists the troubled dad made the bizarre request when he visited.
The weird request, which Osher did not give a date for, is part of a book he plans to write about many of the celeb visitors to the sexy hot spot.
"Lindsay Lohan's father once sat down and described the kind of dancer he was looking for," Osher insisted.
"We sent some girls over. Funny, they all seemed to look like Lindsay.

If Hollywood was hoping Danny Boyle's next film would be another jubilant, rags-to-riches fable in the vein of Slumdog Millionaire, then it has another thing coming. What it has coming, in fact, is a stark, small-scale survival drama about a lonely mountaineer who cuts off his own forearm.
Boyle has signed up to direct 127 Hours, a film based on the true-life ordeal of mountaineer Aron Ralston. According to Variety, the picture will reunite Boyle with his team on the Oscar-sweeping Slumdog Millionaire. Christian Colson returns as producer, while Simon Beaufoy is in talks to write the script.
Aron Ralston was climbing in Utah's Blue John Canyon in late April 2003 when his arm became trapped beneath a fallen boulder. Pinned against the mountainside for five days, he survived by drinking his own urine and even videotaped a goodbye message for his family. He eventually escaped by hacking off his arm with a blunt knife and a pair of pliers.
Batman Begins star Cillian Murphy is the top choice to play Aron, and the film is due to shoot early next year with a release date set for late 2010.
Danny and Cillian have done 28 Days Later and Sunshine together, I hope this happens. Thoughts?

Paris Hilton is declaring war on her former best friends, the Kardashian sisters, for becoming more famous and earning more cash than she does.
The hotel heiress is fuming that Kim and her sibs, who got their first big break by hanging out on the Hollywood scene with Hilton, have eclipsed her in the fame and money stakes. Sources say she's hatched a plan to boost her brand by pushing a new beauty line and make herself more likable by playing down her lavish lifestyle.
A source told Page Six: "Paris is furious that Kim got her start by hanging out in Hollywood with her -- and now, the Kardashians have it all, the reality shows, the magazine covers, the big appearance fees and promotional deals.
"She used to command $100,000 for club appearances, but now Kim is the hottest girl -- and they aren't friends anymore. The magazines are bidding around $300,000 for Kourtney's baby-shower and baby pictures. And Khloe's wedding brought in record ratings for E!
"Paris has realized that standing for excess in a recession doesn't appeal," our insider continued. "The Kardashian girls seem more real, and girls identify with them more. She's got to ditch the pink Bentley and concentrate on developing herself."
Sources close to Hilton said she's carefully working on the launch of her new hair and beauty line, which she'll unveil in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, taking the lead from the Kardashians by having her family at her side.
And she's keen to play up her more stable relationship with Doug Reinhardt and talk about the possibility of marriage and babies.
The source added: "Paris has 15 product lines on sale. She isn't really a party girl anymore, she is quite settled with Doug. She wants more people to appreciate that she's grown up." A rep for Hilton declined to comment.

Lindsay Lohan is trying her hand at fashion once again.
Though the star earned some bad reviews for her debut collection as artistic advisor for famed house Emanuel Ungaro, she broke the news to Access Hollywood on Thursday that she has a collection for a different label in the works.
“[Jeweler] Pascal [Mouawad] and I are actually working together, we’re doing something with a friend who owns bebe,” she told Access at Pascal’s Nu Pop Movement launch party in West Hollywood. “We’re doing a collection for them and we’re also going to be doing some other things.”
A Pascal rep told Access on Friday that the new line has yet to be finalized.
Lindsay previously told People that she’s also hard at work on the follow-up to her Ungaro debut, with the house’s next collection set to debut in January.
“I am learning,” she said at the time.

Joss Whedon has become something of a tortured artist since 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' ended its highly successful seven-season run in 2003. Since Sunnydale was destroyed and 'Angel' got pulled right when it was finding its own identity post-'Buffy,' Whedon has yet to find another long-running hit. It's still hard to believe that a show as great as 'Firefly' only lasted one season!
Whedon's bad luck continues with the recent announcement that Fox is pulling the plug on 'Dollhouse,' a series that had enough of a following -- and potential -- to warrant another season. Would 'Dollhouse' have really hit its stride further down the road? We'll never know. Here are some other sci-fi television series that met their makers too soon.
