So i've made my final decision on my phone that i have to get for Cingular.

After much research on aesthetics and features...< Insert DRUM ROLL > i've chosen:

this phone will be in my possession as of wednesday 11/30/2005. I consider it a personal birthday present.

Have no fear tho, my phone number WILL NOT change, so you can keep the number you have for me.
I'm really excited for this.

Beginning with the activation of my new phone, my rate plan drops. Yes i know it sucks, but it was too good to be true.
I'll be receiving 1000 Nationwide Minutes free w/ 200 text messages, 200 Multimedia Messages and 5MB of internet. As optional features, i'll be adding Unlimited mobile to mobile (9.99/month) and Unlimited Night and Weekends (9.99/month) so my cell phone bill will be averaging about 25$ a month. I'm going to try to see about adding more text messages to the plan but if not then i'll just need to be careful with those :) haha.

Well so tell me what you all think of my new phone?

Ok so i was supposed to go back to work today. But i called in sick again. Luckily it will only count as one absence since both days occurred during the same pay week. But any hoot, it was all because of a dream i had last night- yes as crazy as it seems, i feel that dreams can be premonitions of what's to come. There's no time table on them so the action in the dream doesn't have to happen that same day - it could happen years down the road. But still i believe in my dreams.

The dream was that i was riding in the elevator to my desk. Inside the elevator was one other employee and i was carrying a bag of frozen chicken nuggets (why? you ask... it was lunch time and i guess that's what i wanted to eat). Ok so we push the button to go up to my floor, during this transaction the other passenger tells me that he loves frozen chicken nuggets and would i mind if he could have one. I'm all about sharing so i told him take as many as you want. As he grabbed the bag, the light in the elevator went off and the elevator came to a screeching halt. I realize that we've stopped in between floors. I start to panic just a little (ok well maybe a lot) but the other guy is trying to comfort me. Luckily, I had my cell phone with me - but of course in dyer times you never get any reception...ironically enough, i work for a cell phone company and we have a cell tower on top of our building so you'd think we'd get reception. After what seemed like an eternity but really only lasted 15 minutes, i was able to get my supervisor on the line and she called the emergency personnel and we were out of the elevator shortly thereafter. < end of dream >

so yeah -- i chose to stay the day at home in the nice comfort of my bed and pillows. Until tomorrow ;)
